Jenni, lets do this. I will keep this thread open for you, use your computer for a few days and post back and let me know how its going, we can dig deeper if need be
After you uninstall Chome, right click on the Windows Icon again and this time select File Explorer, then click on your C: Drive >>>> Program Files (x86) and look for Google and delete it. Then OK your way out
Then if you want to install Chome again you can download and install it from here
After you get the new Chome installed let me know how its going
