OKAY! It looks like you were correct… this whole time… it was my antivirus. I thought I had it disabled -heck, it practically kept itself disabled as it said it couldn't get on the net to get updates- but when I messed around with the task manager my internet came back when I disabled it; since something had been blocking off my internet access when I wasn't in safe mode. Well, this is embarrassing. Thank you for helping me out, and if you can bomb this other thread I made, I'd appreciate it:

When you said you had internet in safe mode I kinda had a feeling it was your computer security.

SOOOooo glad you found it.

Which antivirus do you currently have installed?

Don't miss or skip this next step, this will remove malicious files from quarantine and set a clean restore point.

  • Please download DelFix or from Here and save the file to your Desktop.
  • Double-click DelFix.exe to run the programme.
  • Place a checkmark next to the following items:
  • Activate UAC
  • Remove disinfection tools
  • Click the Run button.
  • – This will remove the specialised tools we used to disinfect your system. Any leftover logs, files, folders or tools remaining on your Desktop which were not removed can be deleted manually (right-click the file + delete).

The antivirus is called AVG, if it's three letters that stands for something they never let on what it is. I have it uninstalled and will be getting back with Avira. And fixes are done, thankee very much.
