Yes you do need most of what is showing in your HJT log. You can uninstall the McAfee ONLINE scanner files because you have the McAfee AV program.

You can also use HijackThis to remove this line if it is no longer needed:

Close all windows except HijackThis, scan and put a check mark beside the above, 'fix checked' and then REBOOT to finish removing the item.
