Hello

I am running a win 8.1 x64 machine running Norton Internet Security 21.6.0.32. Norton detected and has been blocking attacks from Trojan.ransomlock.g  about every minute while computer is on. The detection began about three days ago on Tues 1/27/15. Have tried running NPE but it does not eliminate t.r.g.  Similarly have run full system scan and it does not recognize virus and eliminate.

I have downloaded aswMBR to desktop, ran application as administrator and have attached the log file named aswMBR_TwoDogs@.txt

I have downloaded FRST64 to desktop and run as administrator.

I have attached the FRST.txt file

I have attached the Addition.txt file

Please advise on next steps

Hi Adam:

I did download DelFix.exe and ran

While the program did its job, about half way through its run I received the following message:

"Exception EA Access Violation in module ERUNT.EXE @ 0003A38

Accesss violation at address 00403A38 in module erunt.exe

Read of address 0076005D"

My only option in that dialog box was to click OK. The program completed its run
