My Wife Has Our Computer Hijacked

Help!…. My wife has somehow let this nasty hijacker on the machine and we can't get rid of it. It re-installs itself even after it is deleted. Here's the log;

Ok tick and fix the following in Hijackthis with all windows closed except Hijackthis.
