Yes. You can post in our windows forum for help sorting out your programs and such and maybe they can help you remove things you dont need to speed up your system.

http://forums.whatth...p?showforum=119

When you post you can link them to this thread so they can see what we have done

When they have you sorted out then start a new topic for your other computer

Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool again.
  • Click on the Uninstall button.
  • Click Yes when asked are you sure you want to uninstall.
  • Both AdwCleaner.exe, its folder and all logs will be removed.
  •

    ==========================================================

Please download DelFix and save the file to your Desktop.

  • Windows XP Double Click DelFix.exe to run the program.
  • Windows Vista > Win 7 > Win 8 Right Click on DelFix.exe and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR
  • Place a checkmark next to the following items
  • Activate UAC
  • Remove Disinfection Tools
  • Create registry backup
  • Reset System Settings
  •
    Click the Run button

This will remove the specialised tools we used to clean your system. Any leftover logs, files, folders or tools remaining on your Desktop which were not removed can be deleted manually

wow, thanks so much for everything.  You have been amazing and extremely responsive. I very much appreciate it.  It looks like the malwarebytes is the thing that cleans the computer up? and the rest of for you to see how the computer is running or do the other things clean out the computer as well?

Malwarebytes is one of the nicest programs to come along in awhile, you can upgrade to the Pro version, it has a protection module that will block bad sites from loading, but this is totally up to you, we don't push or sell any programs.

All the other tools and scanners are written by our own malware fighters , some of them help on the forums and also love to write nice programs

    Take care my friend

    Ken :)

    Ron,

All of us helpers are volunteers , we do this for no pay in our spare time because we really despise the miscredients that write this garbage and like helping nice people like yourself. So on this forum  the donation goes to me directly.

    Ken :)
