PC Slowness Help me

Am i getting help?
Hi lasikannu112, and welcome to the WTT forum,
Unfortunately your original post contains very little information and so it will not be easy for other members and technicians to provide much assistance.
1 Perhaps you could expand on your post and provide details of the computer concerned, its make and model number, the nature of the shutdowns…blue screens, black screen, white screen, exact error codes, etc? Is the computer clean inside, free of dust, all fans spinning? have you measured the temperatures at your CPU and hard drive? if so please provide details. Have you inspected the capacitors to see if the tops are flat or convex, bulging or leaking? Have you a complete and full back up of all important data files, with at least one copy kept safe offsite on removable media, all your software installations discs and Microsoft Windows installation discs with all relevant product serial keys kept together in s handy place?
2 The operating system you are using, 32 or 64 bit, level of Service pack, if its fully updated with all important updates and when the slowdowns started and what actions were taken immediately prior to the "slows" beginning would also be very helpful information… (software changes, hardware alterations, drivers and updates installed etc)
3 If the slowdowns are limited to certain procedures…… Internet for example, ( if so have your tried different browsers?….) or opening photos or document or starting up from a cold boot.?
4 What steps have you taken so far to try and trouble-shoot the issues?
5 Are you using or has anyone ever used peer to peer file sharing applications on your computer? (torrents etc)
6 What anti virus and anti spyware products are you using? are they up to date? do you operate from behind a hardware firewall? do you use a software firewall?
7 Have you tried performing a System Restore using a System Restore Point created before the trouble started?
8 If you boot your computer into safe mode with networking …..is the computer any quicker? (be careful in safe mode…. its use is only for diagnostic purposes as your protections will not be fully operational)
9 If you set up a new user account and log into the new account is there any improvement?
10 Finally have you run the sfc, run a chkdsk, and carried out a full scan of your whole computer with your updated resident anti virus protection? anything found?
Post back with as much information as you can and one of us will do our best to help you.
Regards

Can you expand on what is happening, and when ?
You mention playing a game(s), what types of games are they ?
Are the problems only happening when and\or after playing games ? Or do the problems happen just using say word etc (less intensive use) ?
Looking at the spec it appears to be using onboard video ?
That can make a massive difference to playing games, more so if they are intensive games, the PSU is not that powerful either, don't get me wrong it's adequate for the system, or they wouldn't of used it, but some processes can really max out your system, which means it will struggle to run smoothly, which sounds like where your at now.
Get and run SpeedFan, that will show your temperatures, anything over 60 degrees I would want to do something to lower it, this could mean getting an extra case fan(s), around 30 degrees is what I aim to achieve if possible.
Also have a look at the tower, and see if there is enough clearance around the sides, and more so the rear, if it is too close to something solid then it won't be able to get the hot air out, which would cause such problems, if you can give us a full history when asking about issues, it helps us to nail down what may be going on, so if you can update us with a full description of the issue then we can help you the best way we can.
When i play games CPU IS 80-100 and AUX 80-100 too
When idle its even 80-100c and aux 80-100c too
Well that is dangerously high IMO, most systems are set to shut down when they hit such temp's to protect them, because it will cause physical damage to the hardware, and you will need to replace the motherboard and\or CPU at the least, all the systems I deal with I set them to warn the user if it hits 70 degrees, and shut down at 80 degrees, so I strongly suggest not using the system if possible, I'm hoping you have another system you could report back here and get help ?
Now the big question is how confident are you to work inside the case itself ?
The 1st thing I would suggest is to remove the side, as long as it is safe to do so, e.g. no little fingers or pets that may reach it, so taking care making sure it's safe to do so turn it on, then you can fill in some more blanks, like how dusty it is, how many fans can you see, and are they working (obviously do NOT reach\touch ANYTHING whist it is running with the side off, just look, nothing more at this stage), you will also be able to say if any of the component's on the board look blown, or burnt, stands out from the other parts.
Removing the side will also lower the temperature, but it needs some serious attention, if you have a fan you can safely place near the case to blow more air into the case, that will also help, but these are purely emergency procedures to allow us to check certain things as have been asked here, once we know if your confident to do things like add\remove fans, reseat the heatsink, or even install a 3rd party heatsink, which will make a big difference if you can update us then we can go from there.
its little dusty and im ready to go

Can you answer the questions from before please, and if at all possible a picture of what you are calling a little dusty, and remember to touch nothing inside at this stage, and make sure no pets or little fingers can get in either.
Ultimately you will need to reseat the CPU, which brings 2 big questions, namely;
Do you feel confident enough to work inside the case, removing and replacing the heatsink, removing the old thermal compound and replacing it with fresh ?
And do you want to use the heatsink that's already there (which will be fine), or do you want to get a 3rd party heatsink which would give even better cooling ?
The thing to consider with this is, was the system running smoothly when used the way you do now before it started to play up ? more specifically on hot days, if you recall the system being more sluggish on really hot days then a new heatsink would be a good choice, if there was no noticeable difference then there would no real need to replace it, not unless you wanted to get the temperature even lower.
We can walk you through it for the most part, but it does need you to be able enough to do this, and it would be a big safety net if you could still get on the net should you need further help, because once you start the job that's it until you finish, and are able to turn the system on again, because if the heatsink and thermal paste are not right, then the system will shut down as soon as you start to protect itself, so what do you think\feel about this all ?
Ok so i cleaned the all dust from my pc so can u guide me how i reseat heatsink?
I can only assume you want to use the original heatsink in that case, which is fine, but you will need to get some cleaner to remove and purify the 2 surfaces (both the heatsink AND the CPU) from the old thermal compound, then some new thermal compound to replace it with;
Arctic Silver 5; Thermal Compound, and if you follow the link on the page on how to apply it, they will show you how to apply it.
ArctiClean; Cleanser and Purifier, brilliant stuff to use, makes it really easy to clean the old material off, and even purify's it as well to give it the best result it can, but in addition to this you will need some lint free cloth as well as it doesn't run the risk of leaving contaminants behind.
To get you the best guide I can, I need to know what form factor your motherboard is, as each form can use different fixing methods, if you can tell me the model number of the motherboard, or if you know what form factor it is, then I can try and find the best guide for you, but the biggest insurance policy you can have when doing this is pictures and notes, not because of what you are doing, but incase of during doing this you dislodge or unplug a wire, at least this way you know where they go if the worst happens, because often it is a struggle to do this inside a case.

Do you know how i can flash my bios cause i think that may be corrupted too
I already know the PC model, you had listed that previously, what I need to know now is the specific motherboard within it now, have a look at the motherboard inside the case, the model is usually on there somewhere, sorry if I wasn't clearer before.
As to the bios, that's a dangerous area, should you do this you have to be prepared for the worst case outcome, which is you can end up with a dead motherboard, which is why the vast majority say if it ain't broke don't touch, some may have always done it without issue, BUT, it only takes a power cut part way through, any loss of power, or interruption to the flashing process then you could end up needing a new motherboard, my advice is wait, do the heatsink, and then see what it feels like.
