Looking sooooo much better

Go to your Control Panel > Programs and Features and uninstall these if you can

Open notepad (Start =>All Programs => Accessories => Notepad).
Please copy the entire contents of the code box below.
(To do this highlight the contents of the box, right click on it and select copy. Right-click in the open notepad and select Paste).
Save it to the same direction as frst.exe (or frst64.exe) as fixlist.txt.

Norton Utilities , I don't know if you need that. Windows has a lot of built in programs to help you maintain your system, been into this for many years and myself never needed programs like that.

You can download and run this system cleaner, maybe run it twice a month, it will clean up all your temp files and such that tend to build up over time and can clog your system down

Download TFC to your desktop
  •
  • Close any open windows.
  • Double click the TFC icon to run the program
  • TFC will close all open programs itself in order to run,
  • Click the Start button to begin the process.
  • Allow TFC to run uninterrupted.
  • The program should not take long to finish it's job
  • Once its finished it should automatically reboot your machine,
  • if it doesn't,  manually reboot to ensure a complete clean

When we cleaned your computer you installed Malwarebytes, its the free version, I would upgrade to the Pro Version, the cost is minimal. The Pro Version has a Protection Module that will block bad sites if you wander in there by mistake. I have this on all my systems and wont go online without it.

This is another example of the greed from some companies, FileHippo used to be pretty reliable.  I would just download things you need right from the manufacturer
