Yes sorry, Thanks for the advice on reformatting, I understand what you are saying regarding being absolutely certain about infections with respect to the type of information that is on my computer.
Question, if I have Spybot on my computer should I not have Malwarebytes too?

I would. Personally, if I only had one it would be Malwarebytes', but both programs can co-exist. I have both installed on my laptop.
