Looks like you are having a networking problem to me.

Windows Vista and Windows 7/8:
Click Start, type command. Right click on Command Prompt at the top and select Run as Administrator.
Type sfc /scannow and press Enter
Let it run to completion.

All:

Reboot and see if the problem is fixed.

Let's see what is installed (and starting) on your computer:

Download and install CCleaner from the following link: CCleaner - Standard

During installation, uncheck the option to install the Yahoo toolbar.

Click on Tools (ICON) and Select the following BUTTONS to create two (2) text files:

* Uninstall > Save to text file (install) bottom right corner of app window
* Startup > Save to text file (startup)

Locate and open each saved file in the Documents FOLDER:

* Copy and paste the contents of each file into your next post (2 files).

I don't see anything bad there, rats.

How did you remove malware? Were you working with someone or did you do it on your own?

Maybe it's time to consider How to Do a Repair Install to Fix Windows 7

If you decide this is the way to go, make sure you backup your data first, even though a repair install is not supposed to touch your personal data. Things happen!!!

I was working with a MrC at Malwarebytes forum.  He finally said my computer was free of Malware and suggested I try a tech forum.

He said 'Looks like you have major operating system problems and/or conflicts.'

MrC is a good guy. He stops in here once in a while.

I think a Repair Install is the way to go at this point. Just backup your data as I mentioned.

Does your computer have a Recovery partition on the hard drive? Disk Management will show you. If your not sure, post a screen shot of a full screen Disk Management:

Disk Management screen.  I am conducting a backup to Drive G, my USB connected Western Digital drive.  Is that allright or do I need to create a recovery partition?  Will probably need instructions of how to do that.

Forum is not allowing me to post the screen shot.

Backup is the right thing to do.

To post a screen shot, click on More Reply Options at the lower right, below the message inputa area.

Click on Browse at lower left, navigate to where you saved the screen shot and select it.

Click Attach This File.

Once it's uploaded, click on Add to Post.

I am sorry, but it keeps saying Error You aren't permitted to upload this kind of file

What format should I use to save the screenshot?

I got that fine, thanks. You definitely have a Recovery partition. Now we need to figure out how to use it. Often there is a program you can run from the Start menu and a Fn key you press during boot.

What is the make and full model number of your computer. The online Users Guide should explain how to do a System Recovery.

Well It took a while, but I was finally able to create a Windows 7 boot iso.  I couldn't get the usb (rufus) to reconize a drive, so I created the iso on my passport backup device using 7-zip.

Windows is booting much faster now and hasn't froze yet.  Since I had a lot of system error messages pointing to an adobe product conflict, I had deleted all my adobe apps.

I will load them back on one at a time and see if any of them affects the boot.

Thanks for the help.
