it is running alot better after that last OTL run fix you had me do. Would I be able to run that same run fix occassionally like this in the custom box of OTL?

Just curious because I seen that it had removed 319mb of uselessness. Or is that not a good idea? LOL Other than that my pc is running considerably faster and I have not encountered a single problem. Thank you very much for your time and expertise.

Glad things are back to normal for you

 

No, I wouldn't do that, what you can do is download and run this free system cleaner maybe a few times a month, written by the same author of OTL, it will clean out all your temp files and other not needed garbage. But this is what you need to do, for sites you frequent with a username and password, write them down because that info is saved in cookies and when the cookies are deleted you may lose access to those sites.

 

 

 

Download TFC to your desktop

•  

• Close any open windows.

• Double click the TFC icon to run the program

• TFC will close all open programs itself in order to run,

• Click the Start button to begin the process.

• Allow TFC to run uninterrupted.

• The program should not take long to finish it's job

• Once its finished it should automatically reboot your machine,

• if it doesn't,  manually reboot to ensure a complete clean

• Click START then RUN

• Now type Combofix /uninstall in the runbox and click OK.  Note the space between the X and the /, it needs to be there.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Open OTL and click on Clean Up and it will remove programs we used to clean your system along with there backups, any programs that where not removed you can just drag to the trash.

 

 

Malwarebytes is the free version and yours to keep and will not be removed
