Scan with ESET Online Scan

Please go to here to run the online scannner from ESET.

  • When asked, allow the activex control to install

    • Enable Anti-Stealth Technology
  • Click Scan
  • Wait for the scan to finish
  • If any threats were found, click the 'List of found threats' , then click Export to text file….
  • Save it to your desktop, then please copy and paste that log as a reply to this topic.
Hi- The ESET log is below. I wanted to let you know 2 things. IE will only load to the first page, and if try to load any other pages it will stop responding, freeze and shut down. Also, start up is taking over a minute, to get to the desktop. Talk to you soon…… ESET log: C:\Program Files\Common Files\ZugoInstaller.exe Win32/Toolbar.Zugo application C:\Program Files\RealArcade\Installer\bin\OCSetupHlp.dll Win32/OpenCandy application
I have a beginner question; how do I thoroughly uninstall manually: C:\Program Files\Common Files\ZugoInstaller.exe Win32/Toolbar.Zugo application C:\Program Files\RealArcade\Installer\bin\OCSetupHlp.dll Win32/OpenCandy application I cannot find ZugoInstaller (C:\Program Files\Common Files\ZugoInstaller.exe Win32/Toolbar.Zugo application)/ I found the program files for Realarcade, but their is not an uninstall file.
What? Go on with fix its? Do you mean rescan with ESET online scanner and have it delete it? And shouldn't I have made sure the 'scan archives' box was checked? Why had you said said to delete these manually?
I tested out Internet explorer. A page will load quickly, but it then freezes and needs to be recovered, then loads, freezes, etc. Firefox still wont load with error 'cant load XPCOM'. Oh, should I also do the Microsoft fixits on the other users or does it automatically apply to them as well?
NoNo, Sorry to tell you that your helper is still having internet access issues. I'll see if I can help. I really don't want to read the whole topic so why don't you tell me what issues you're still having?
