It's probably a good idea to copy and save these instructions or print them out, as you will not be able to refer back to here while you are performing the fix.
First, learn how to boot into safe mode if you don't already know. See here if you don't know how.
Download about:buster and unzip it, but don't run it yet. http://www.downloads.subratam.org/AboutBuster.zip
Next, download Spybot Search & Destroy from http://safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html and install it, accepting the default settings. Run it and search for updates. Download any available. Don't scan yet, close Spybot.
Next, download Ad-aware from: http://www.lavasoft.de/res/aaw6.exe
Install the program and launch it.
First, in the main window, look in the bottom right corner and click on Check for updates now and download the latest reference files.
Now, we need to configure Ad-aware for a full scan.
[external image: Posted Image] Click on the Gear icon (second from the left) to access the preferences/settings window
1. In the General window make sure the following are selected:
Next run Hijackthis with all browser windows closed, check and fix these lines:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {98529CC2-52A9-99EE-F7DF-D4FA46CD1BDA} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\sdkia32.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ieuy.exe] C:\WINDOWS\ieuy.exe
Now, reboot into safe mode.
Run about:buster, and let it scan and fix anything it finds. When it shows you a log, copy it to a text file and save it. Do this step again and save the second log.
[external image: Posted Image] Run Ad-Aware again, click Start and on the next screen choose Activate in-depth Scan at the bottom of the page and then choose:
[external image: Posted Image] Save the log file when it asks and then click Finish
[external image: Posted Image] When finished, mark everything for removal and get rid of it. (Right-click the window and choose Select All from the drop down menu and click Next).
Now run Spybot again, click "Check for Problems", let it scan and then fix anything it finds.
Reboot your computer and post the about:buster logs and a new Hijackthis log.
Oh, and make sure you include the whole of the Hijackthis log, that one doesn't look complete.

First, make sure hidden and system files are set to shown see here
Run Hijackthis again, and with any browser windows closed fix this one:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {0B3E8744-11C9-4484-C99F-819E5E8818C9} - C:\WINDOWS\apiig32.dll
(Note: It may have changed, but it's still easy to identify because it is a random name)
Then reboot into safe mode and delete these files:
C:\WINDOWS\apiig32.dll (If it's there)
C:\WINDOWS\atllt.exe (If it's there)
Now run about:buster, save it's log. Do it again, if it removes any files the second time, keep running it (and saving the logs) until there are none.
Reboot into normal mode and post the about:buster logs and a new Hijackthis log.

Print this out first, or copy it and save it to a text file somewhere.
Make sure your settings allow you to view "Hidden files". Open up any explorer window and click on "Tools" –> "Folder Options" –> "View" and check off "Show Hidden Files and Folders".
Scan with Hijackthis, but don't fix anything. Look through the the entries and find some like these: (these won't be their actual names)
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\bblss.dll/sp.html#21259
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {04D4FCB8-6CAE-FAE7-BEE4-6CC086B1BB14} - C:\WINDOWS\iemk.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ielw.exe] C:\WINDOWS\ielw.exe
Make a note of the filenames and their locations, the O2 entry has no name and a random named dll on the end, the O4 entry just has the file name for a description and then the path, it should be located in C:\WINDOWS or C:\WINDOWS\System32.
Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete once –> click the Processes tab –> Click the Image Name column header to alphabetically sort the processes –> Scroll through the list and look for "atllt.exe" & "xxxxx.exe" (The one you find in HijackThis). When you find the files in task manager, click on them, and then click End Process –> Exit the Task Manager.
Next, go to Start->Run and type "Services.msc" (without quotes) then hit OK.
Scroll down and find the service called "Network Security Service". (It should be that, but it might be called WORKSTATION NETLOGON SERVICE )
When you find it, double-click on it. In the next window that opens, click the Stop button, then change the Startup Type to Disabled. Now hit Apply and then OK and close any open windows.
Run HijackThis, click on "Scan" and then place a check mark in the following boxes, And click on "Fix Checked":
Check all the R0 & R1 entries
An O2 entry called No Name, with a random named dll on the end
The O4 entry that you found already
Next, reboot into Safe Mode (How to boot into safe mode) and delete the following files:
The dll file listed in the R0 & R1 entries
The dll in the random O2 entry
C:\WINDOWS\atllt.exe
The other exe file, that was in the O4 in Hijackthis
Reboot in Normal Mode.
Download this file http://www.wilderssecurity.com/attachment….chmentid=137634 rename it to cwsuninst.reg
Doubleclick it and confirm you want to merge it with the registry.
Run HijackThis again and post a new log.
Make sure your settings allow you to view "Hidden files". Open up any explorer window and click on "Tools" –> "Folder Options" –> "View" and check off "Show Hidden Files and Folders".
