Hi Robybel.
Below are the OTL and CF logs. Everytime I ran quick scan on OTL it would automatically check the purity and LOP buttons even when I unchecked them; I ran it with the original custom scan OTL so I don't know if that is okay with you.
A few other things–
1. was CF supposed to fix the IE issue?
2. the start bar shows IE with the following words next to it (no add ons)-I had never seen that before
3. With Mozilla the downloads save directly to C drive with no desktop save options given to me-can I change that?
4. I have no search for folders in my computer capability–it won't give me the "little puppy" assistant-how do I get that to show
I wonder if all these glitches are part of the initial infection?
