In that case I want to thank you for all you've done to assist and wish you well We do have a point of agreeing to disagree - I will continue to use Norton products active scanner and the on demand scanners from MBAM and SAS I am in the process of removing all of the others since I don't think I have any need of them - no longer a malware removal student If I can be of assistance feel free to use the PM feature or come visit at www.Community.norton.com Again thanks Dick
