It has been over 4 years since I needed your help, but boy do I need it now. Whatever has been wrong with my computer has been bearable until recently. Whenever I am online, every page I visit…EVERY PAGE, I get a pop up that says "Error: Error calling method on NPObject" If I click on cancel or "X" it will either go back to this message or a new one will pop up "Prevent Page from creating additional dialog". This one only comes up when I use Firefox…IE9 never gives me this option. If I click on this I can read the page I am on…as soon as I go to another page it starts all over. I still consider myself a novice so I do need some hand holding, although I take direction well. Can someone PLEASE get back to me and "talk me down". Thanks in advance, Lytnup

Good Day!
Conspire, Thanks so much for your offer to help. I will be responding to your requests in the evenings (I am located in New Jersey USA) Eastern Standard Time Hopefully this will work for both of us. Looking forward to working with you. Regards, Lytnup.
Ok, first and foremost, do remove one of your AV as they cannot exist together. Pick either AVG or MSE and uninstall the one that you don't need. Could you tell me what are the steps you have taken in light of this issue?
Conspire, I cleaned up as much as I could. I prefer AVG and could not find a file or folder for MSE to remove. Regarding what I do to put up with this issue. The following will hopefully help. On startup, my screen cannot get past a disk error in the boot process. I need to hit F1 to continue boot process. Everything is fine until I am on the internet. If i am using IE, I get an immediate Error Message as explained in my first post. I cannot work around this and have to force a closure. In Chrome, when I get the error message (which is right away), I click on close and the first box goes away and a second will appear. This only happens if no other parts of the page are trying to load. As soon as the page finishes loading I get the second error message. This one contains a check box that says "Prevent the page from creating additional dialogs" When the check box is checked and "OK" is clicked, the box goes away and everything is fine until I go to another page…then it starts all over. Waiting to hear what to do next. Lytnup
I'm sorry, a bit tired today lol.. There was a bit of mistake in my wording. What I meant to ask is have you taken any steps in trying to solve this issue?
