Am I infected. Internet browser very slow? [Closed]

Hi,

I have been having issues with my internet running very slowly, sometimes I am unable to type because system freezes on and off. I thought the problem was caused by a google update to chrome so I uninstalled chrome and switched to IE10 which had similar issues so I switched to IE9 and the problems are still there. I noticed that svchost.exe is using high levels of CPU as is iexplore.exe.

I downloaded Hijackthis and ran a scan. Here is the log, can someone tell me if my PC is infected?
