Blue screen, slothy computer

Hi! I'm trying to clean up my friends computer. It's crashing a lot, and very, very slow with the sporadic blue screen. I thought about restoring it, but she doesn't have a restore option, or a backup Vista disk…here's my logs so far, thanks for checking them out!
