I know someone that has had this problem. Kept getting a seperate blank browser window that would pop up when IE was open. It was always minimized and hard to get rid of, very anoying. Ultimately the culprit was offeroptimizer and the fix was to remove Twaintek from the Add Remove programs for them. Hope this helps some people, it took a lot of research on the problem to track the source to Twaintek. :oops:
