Jeff,
This is the log output.
I have to leave my office now but I can return around 10:00pm EDT and continue if you leave any instructions. Wish I could stay but I'm expected at a gathering. I'll check my email.
Thanks for continuing to help.

Hi,
Good job running all of that. Could you run a fresh scan with ListParts and post the newly created log?

How is your system behaving? Any more audio ads?
Hello Jeff,
Sorry for the late reply. I'm traveling but I did test the pc and audio still randomly plays in the background.
I will be back in my office Tuesday morning and if you are available I would like to continue.
Thanks,
Bill,
Of course I will be here.
Have a great weekend.
Hello Jeff,
I started the PC this morning and ran AVG and Super AntiSpyWare, rebooted, and it has been quiet for hours. I rebooted and still quite.
Also, TDSKiller.exe and aswMBR will now open and run, although I didn't continue with either of them after they opened.
Since it seems to be ok now, what are your recommendations?
Thanks,
Bill
Hi,
Go ahead and let it run today and let me know how it is running later tonight. If all is ok we can remove our tools and you should be good to go.
Thanks Jeff,
I'll update you later this evening.
Hello Jeff,
Everything seems to be ok. Any instructions on what should be installed to prevent future issues such as this one?
Thanks,
Bill
