Not sure if it's so much making an impact. i have read that vgrabber is a malware or spyware issue and that you can't remove it. I can only see it under "control panel" "programs" "uninstall" - but as i mentioned I can't remove it. it doesn't budge.
I consider it crapware :). It isn't malicious, but can be annoying. I removed most of it with the last ComboFix script. Do you still see it listed under programs and features?
