I'm sorry to hear about your issue but we will try to resolve it as quickly as possible for you.
First off is what OS are you using?

You can try this and see if this will help your speed also.
In Microsoft Windows, you can use the command ipconfig /flushdns to flush the DNS resolver cache.
Go to Start and then to Run
Type in cmd and then right click on the command window and then click on Run As Administrator.click
At the command prompt type the following and click Enter:
C:>ipconfig /flushdns
Note the space between the g and the /
When done you should see the following:
Windows IP Configuration
Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.
I get these 2 Errors Alot when i try to open up a web page now

Google Chrome cannot reach the website. This is typically caused by network issues, but can also be the result of a misconfigured firewall or proxy server.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this webpage later.
Add Google Chrome as a permitted program in your firewall's or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted program, try deleting it from the list of permitted programs and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server, adjust your proxy settings: Go to the wrench menu > Settings > Show advanced settings… > Change proxy settings… > LAN Settings and deselect the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox.
Error 109 (net::ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE): Unable to reach the server.

Oh it worked just now so is that all that i can do? to help my laptop? And i didnt mention this before but i cant get online with my Playstation 3 either. When i try and sign in it gives me an error that has something to do with a DNS error.
It did not fix the initial probleme and il check to see if i have the newest version of Google Chrome and while im at it il try and see if the probleme is just with chome il try and use IE too and see if that helps
ok do you use a router or modem to connect to the internet? You may have to do a hard reboot of them to reset everything. Unplug the computer from the router or modem, then disconnect the internet from which ever you have. Then unplug the power from it for at least 5 minutes. Reconnect everything first then plug the power back into the router or modem and see if that helps. That should clear the memory in them and put everything into factory new again thus clearing any baddies they may be holding on to.
