I would be inclined to check your Outlook settings to see that all has been correctly set up and no settings have been lost...
(NOTE Outlook settings, not Outlook Express as Outlook Express is a different application)
1 To open Outlook, click on Start, click on Outlook, if its not readily visible, click on All Programs, find Microsoft Office and click on Outlook (double check that it is Outlook you have opened and not
2 click on Tools
3 Click on Options
4 Look at the Mail set up Tab and check that the Set Up E Mail accounts or change email accounts have all been completed correctly....check particulary that you have the correct server, pop and smtp settings and authentications
5 When you have done this you can test the settings.......Press the Test Account Settings button and then report back with screen dumps of any error reports you receive)
6 Check next, the tab "Other"
7 Make sure you have set Outlook as your default for email etc:
Let us know how it works after you have completed these steps and one of us will get back to you
