now not having windows installed so no ie9 either, i can't verify this, but from what i understand you can add things you want to block, like ads by using it's inbuilt tracking protection list feature.

i think it's in tools, safety, and then tracking protection.

here are fanboys ad and tracking lists that you can add to ie9. :- http://www.fanboy.co.nz/ie.html

i think all you need to do is just click the "add tpl" from the link and it will add fanboys list to your browser, if you want to use both lists, tracking and the ad list then you'll need to click on both.

no idea if you then need to turn on tpl in your browser options for the lists to be used or if tpl is automatically turned on.

here's a choice of some other tpl lists. :- http://ie.microsoft....rotectionLists/

the problem is probably that the list is more upto date in firefox and that particular ad isn't on the tpl lists your using at the moment so doesn't get blocked.

Anyone knows how to block this ad in the video?

It's weird, I think it is the only ad I have ever seen on youtube.

Ad? I don't see an ad. Just the tune without interruption.

However, I have seen many annoying ads on other youtube presentations.

Tell us more specifically about that which you are having difficulty.

Its working fine for me too.I also didn't see any ads, however if you are facing inline streaming ads sometimes, you can use YouTube No illegal block Chrome extension from Google chrome webstores.I am using it to block forced ads from youtube.Give a try to that extension if it works for you.
