WTF is this zombie virus or malware? [Closed]

• Right click and Run as Admin SystemLook.exe.
• Copy the content of the following codebox into the main textfield:
  

  :dir
  C:\Users\Fernanda\AppData\Local\Temp\smtmp

• Click the Look button to start the scan.
• When finished, a notepad window will open with the results of the scan. Please post this log in your next reply.

Note: The log can also be found on your Desktop entitled SystemLook.txt

I think that we need to just try to rebuild those icons for you…. I believe that this is an after-effect of the infection that was on your system and has caused this and we are just repairing the damage now.

I am going to send you to this link. Read through all the steps and familiarize yourself with them before beginning. There is a section where you need to download a .zip that corresponds with your operating system and so you know you need to download the one for Windows Vista Home Basic version. Once you get that completed let me know how that worked out for you.
