The PING.exe process has been running at 50% constantly and search results are being constantly redirected. This computer is shared between two brothers and my mom and dad, I am copying all the logs from that computer onto a flash drive and posting them from my laptop. The first log is what Malware bytes found and removed the first time I noticed a virus, it failed to get it all though. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Re-run aswMBR please On completion press the FIX button and reboot once it has completed 📎aswMBR_Zero.png Then could you run a fresh OTL quickscan for me please ensuring all users is selected

Hmm funny that as aswMBR should display the fix button

Download and Install Combofix

Download ComboFix from one of the following locations:

Notes:
1. Do not mouse-click Combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

3. If after the reboot you get errors about programmes being marked for deletion then reboot, that will cure it.

What are your current problems ?

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish, so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply.

Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process, if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Could you reboot please as combofix has failed to release the registryy

The registry error is not popping up anymore, and I don't see any signs of a virus. The only problem is I can't turn Windows Firewall or Windows Defender on, it just says unable to turn on. run farbar service scanner

Tick "Internet services" and "Windows Firewall" options.
Press "Scan".
It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.

Please copy and paste the log to your reply.

Download the attached zip file to your desktop
Extract mpssvc.reg📎mpssvc.zip
Right click the reg file and select merge
Accept the warnings
Now retry the firewall
