Ping.exe being used. DDOS attack?

So my computer keeps trying to run Ping.exe alot, also i had 40 counts of Java open and running. I have done a Malware bytes Scan, AVG Scan, and Spybot Scan, with all hoping it would be a quick fix but to no avail. Malwarebytes is now continuing to pop up with messages saying "Successfully blocked access to a potentially malicious website: 208.73.210.29 Type: Outgoing, Port: 52000, Program: Ping.exe"

So my computer keeps trying to run Ping.exe alot, also i had 40 counts of Java open and running. I have done a Malware bytes Scan, AVG Scan, and Spybot Scan, with all hoping it would be a quick fix but to no avail. Malwarebytes is now continuing to pop up with messages saying "Successfully blocked access to a potentially malicious website: 208.73.210.29 Type: Outgoing, Port: 52000, Process: Ping.exe"

I had to put the files on a flash drive and switch to a different computer because every time i tried to post the rest of the log in a reply it would say connection to the server has been reset and would not post it.
