PC is acting weird

Basically, yesterday it downloaded this:Terraria1.0.6.1ThetaInstaller file on utorrent and after I deleted it, did the same again today. When I run windows task manager, the everything disappears then reappears then half reappears, etc. It started downloading some things with .dll19, dll6. Also, I just noticed this, on the Norton history, it says 1. user logged in. then one minute later 2. IP address has disappeared from adapter blah and is no longer being protected. then 3. protecting your network to a newly detected network on adapter :Teredo Tunneling Pseudo Interface (ask if you need ip) Then it did the same thing again. then 5. You allowed microsoft resource file to COFF Object Conversion Utility to access your network resourses. then finally 6. Unauthorized access blocked (access process data) I used OTL to scan.
