I follow the instructions you give me on the last log about copy and paste what was inside the box right? and the computer reboot it self and that log pop up…
Hi yesi,

You are absolutely correct with posting that log. I apologize for any confusion about running a new scan on OTL again so that I can get a fresh log. Please do the following:
Run a new scan with OTL and post a new OTL log (don't check the boxes beside LOP Check or Purity this time). :)
On this new OTL log i did not input the copy and paste what was in the last box from last time..Your last respond didnt say so…Didnt know if i have to or not..but here is a new one

You have an older version of Adobe Reader. You can download the current version HERE

You may want to consider Foxit Reader instead. It may be a bit lighter on resources.

Visit their support forum
Foxit Forum

In either case you should uninstall Adobe Reader 8.1.0 first. Be sure to move any PDF documents to another folder first though.
———-

Please download JavaRa to your desktop and unzip it to its own
folder
  • Run JavaRa.exe (double-click for XP/right-click and Run as Administrator for Vista), pick the language of your choice and click Select. Then
    click Remove Older Versions.
  • Accept any prompts.
  • Open JavaRa.exe (double-click for XP/right-click and Run as Administrator for Vista) again and select Search For Updates.
  • Select Update Using Sun Java's Website then click Search and click on the Open Webpage button. Download and install the latest
Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version for your computer.

Once you get all of the complete run DDS once more and post both of the logs into your next reply. :)

Hi yesi,

Im getting a message from Adobe Reader 8.1.0 when trying to uninstall Adobe Reader 8.1.0

“Erros 1606.Could not access network location yeseniagut/pictures/.

What do I do?

Lets work this one at a time ok? :) Please go to this page here and follow the instructions for the Fix It button. Once you get that completed try to uninstall Adobe Reader and then install the newer version.
———-

Now for your Java problem follow these instructions:

Let's try to get Java uninstalled comepletely and install the newest version.
  • If you are able, uninstall all previous versions of Java in Add/Remove Programs in your Control Panel.
  • Next, you may download the current version of Java here: http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
(I recommend that you use the offline installer version.)
  • Please download and run this automated tool to fix the Java MSI problem on all versions of windows: JavaMSIFix
  • Now you may install the version of Java that you had downloaded in the previous steps.
———-

Let me know how those work for you. If you have any problems let me know.
