Google Redirect

Hey so this problem all started when I had a bad virus that completely shut down my computer. I took it in to get fixed since I am not very computer savvy and everything worked well for a couple days. All of a sudden I started getting alerts that trojans where being detected and that avg was unable to get rid of them, they are listed as "Tojan Horse generic23.CFQD" and "Tojan horse PSW.generic8.ASEK". I also cannot search things on google without being constantly redirected. I have ran AVG every day, ran malware bytes and it also does not detect anything on quick or full scans. I am currently running everything up to date and am very frustrated as I do not have the money to take it in again! btw, it is a an HP probook 4720s with windows vista. I only use internet explorer
