The How to Cook Everything app for the iphone gives access to over 2000 how-to illustrations and some great cooking advice. There is ingredient information, built-in timers, and organized shopping lists for the step by step recipes. I don't have this app but my friend does and I love it. If I win the ipad it will be one of the first apps I buy. ($5)
