btw, i have secunia and a malware program running now that i downloaded it. should i delete all the programs you asked me to download? if so, which ones? thanks so much for all your help.

Yes you appear clean now,delete TDSSKiller and ESET. OTL removal instructions were in post 12.Keep Malwarebytes and run a scan every few weeks or so.
