Hi wilma1313, Your computer appears to be free of malware. How is it running? I'm not sure how your pictures were moved unless by an accidental move.
also I am assuming I should fix the computer so I don't see all these files, especially the ones with the warning that if I accidently delete them it could harm the computer?
Hi wilma1313,

I thought I had made a post yesterday but I don't see it.

Yes rehide the filders and files.

Let's see what happens when you click start > run > log off. On the next screen click Switch user. How many accounts are shown and what are the names?
Hi wilma1313,

Is hp administrator the entire name shown?

Is there a small message in the lower right of the Switch User screen that says something like "after you log in you cna change or add accounts…?

Does clicking on the hp administrator name take you back to the account you are logged into?
clicking the HP adminstrator takes me right back to this account. It only says HP adminstrator. I have the message in the corner, log in to add or change accounts go to control panel user accounts
Hi wilma1313,

Looks like there is only one account. The other one listed in C:\Documents and Settings may be the Administrator account. What do you see as created date when you go to C:\Documents and Settings and right click on HP_Administrator and HP_Administrator.YOUR-4DACD0EA75.000?
Hi wilma1313, Right click your start button and click explore. This will open windows explorer. If it's not all ready expanded click the + sign beside My Computer. Usually it is expanded, just locate the folder in the list. The screen will be similar to this. 📎startmenu.JPG
Hi, I'll be helping out while Oldman960 is away. Go to Start > Control Panel > User Accounts you should see the user accounts that you have created listed there. Is there anything listed there that you do not recognize?
there is one account there - HP administrator. my pictures moved into some other account. No clue why. I have never made other accounts.
