Step # 1

Please download and run CWShredder. Make sure that all browser windows are closed with the exception of Cwshredder and choose FIX.

thxs for responding, i can't seem to find the spybot dwnld. also when i run cwshredder, it tells me each time to reboot because cws is still in the memory. i reboot and it states the same thing again. please advise

You have evidence of a virus in your system still.

Download Trojan Hunter(trial version).
Next go Hereand download the latest update zip file.
Install Trojan Hunter and make a note of the full path to the folder where it is installed, by default this is
X:\program files\TrojanHunter 3.8 (X is the drive Trojan Hunter is installed on, usually C).
After installation unzip the update file you downloaded to the installation folder you took note of.
Say "Yes to All" when you are asked about replacing files.
You have to completely shut down Trojan Hunter for the new files to be used.
Double click the desktop icon to restart Trojan Hunter, click to continue evaluation.
Click the "Full Scan" button on the upper left.

Then post a new log please.

boy do i have problems! i can't seem to be able to keep the hjt program open, as soon as i move my mouse it closes. what can i do to correct this so i can get you a fresh logfile. thxs

i'm about to give up! now i'm unable to open most of my programs, trojan hntr, spybot, norton internet security, etc. plus i can't download hjt! HEEEELP!

I assume you have Hiajckthis still in your system. rename the it to something other than hijackthis badstuff.exe for example then try launching it. I am going to flag and expert for review so hang in there.
