I'm not that original. A couple months ago we did a murder mystery "who done it?". It was based upon a old time radio show I had heard. Others are based upon other riddles I've seen, I just change a few parameters (like this weeks). Math problems are math problems. We divided up an "estate" a couple weeks ago… I got that from a video game I played. I try to steer clear of anything that might be found by google.

I think that must be the way it is done. Some creative thought, good story-telling, and a bit of borrowing from ancient and contemporary culture. If you can't find it on google, it must be "original" :) Don't sell yourself short Tomk. There are some great puzzles in this thread.
