Thanks for all help agian. Im sorry but i've forgot to put in 1 rather huge point in the matter of why i lagg.... My brother have the same problems... And it occurs at the same time, so that should shorten down all of this to either the cable to the router or (ISP), Did the pitstop and the only thing that was bad was my driver which almost didn't show any result at all, have had probelms before with tests like these where 1 time its almost down to 0 results at all and the next 1 is flawless, did not find the adress to copy for u so, sorry, Also did the Process explorer, i cannot check when it laggs cuz its usually so short, however when i got my game up and running, with all my programs and 10 internet tabs it shows 4-4.5% CPU usage so i think we can count that out aswell. Just 1 last question i have...rather stupid 1... the ISP is that the internet provider? or could i get an explanation? ;)

ISP = Internet Service Provider

Sure sounds like a Router / Modem / ISP problem then. Start with your ISP, have them do a line quality check. Also tell them about the service lags.
