Two suggestions. Try getting rid of unnecessary toolbars you have on IE. Second, 2.00 Gb Total Physical Memory | 1.00 Gb Available Physical Memory | 37.00% Memory free Consider an upgrade for your RAM to at least 4GB as your OS is 64bit version.
How do I get rid of tool bar items what about the java problem….the jre is installed on my desktop but wont uninstall the old java.thnx R
Sorry about that. Let me know if you can't perform the steps below and I will suggest a software to remove those.

As for your Java, you got the latest version installed now so don't need to worry about the old ones.

Please uninstall the following Programs using the Add/Remove Programs utility if they exist.
Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer
PriceGong
Windows Live Toolbar
Yahoo! Toolbar
Surf Canyon Search Engine Assistant
Uniblue RegistryBooster
Ask Toolbar

Detailed steps below :-
On the Windows Vista/7 taskbar:
Click Start > Control Panel.
In the Control Panel window, double-click Programs and Features.
Hi Ive uninstalled the programms instructed. My programms show I HAVE TWO versions of java update 13….should i uninstall one of them? Have experienceed two crashes since my last post, also keypad and mouse are behaving erratically Please advise regards rachelle
Yes, uninstall one of them.

What do you mean by behaving erratically? Can you elaborate further?

For the crash, please do this

Can you please download VEW and save it to your Desktop: http://images.malwareremoval.com/vino/VEW.exe

Double-click VEW.exe then under Select log to query, select :
Application
System

Under Select type to list, select :
Error
Information
Warning

Then use the Date of events as follows:

Click the radio button for 'Date of events'
In the From: 20 03 2011
In the To: 22 03 2011
Then click the Run button.
Notepad will open with the output log.

In Notepad, click Edit > Select all then Edit > Copy
Reply to this post, click in the reply window and press Ctrl+V on your keyboard to paste the log.
Neither of the Java programms will uninstall.rce for this produc message says the feature I am trying to use is on a network that is unavable. and then says installation source for this product is unavailable. I dont think these are full versions of java and now appear to be stuck with them on my programms. Please advise In the meantime i will continue with your instructions R

Tell me what were you doing that causes the crash. Can you replicate the results?

1. All tools MUST be run from the executable. (.exe)

  • Locate the program you are uninstalling Java Update 13
  • Right Click the Icon then choose Uninstall.
  • Click yes to the warning and choose the Uninstall Mode
  • Choose the Advanced option and then click Next.
  • This will launch the programs built in uninstaller. Be patient it can take several seconds.
  • Once the uninstaller is done click Next.
  • Revo Uninstaller will now scan for leftover information. Be patient it can take several seconds.
  • Once this scan is done click Next.
  • You will then be presented of the leftover entries found by Revo Uninstaller
  • Look at ALL of the entries to ensure they relate to the uninstall.
  • Next click Select All > Delete to remove the entries.
  • Click Next.
  • If there are any program file folders left over you will be presented with a list to be removed.
  • Again look at ALL of the entries to ensure they are related to the uninstall.
  • Click Select All > Delete to remove the entries.
