can't get to desktop

My laptop makes it to the welcome screen bu t urns black before going to the desktop. Also when I run virus and malware utilities, they skip right over the trojan notices. i think the security settings have been changed.

It doesn't look like your OTL logs are complete. When you ran the scan, you should have had (2) files -. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the entire contents of these files, one at a time and post them. If for any reason they are too long for a single post, you can split them up and post them separately.
