A while a ago I had that videocard driver problem and a friend helped me install a driver, according to him, it was a universal videocard driver. I do not know the exact name for it. Sometimes when I tried to play an online game for example a pool table game, it just would not load up the 3d graph or somehting like that and someone told me that it could be the videocard issue. There are also something else that I believe have to do with videocard problem. Based on what you can see from all my posts here and the type of computer I have, can you suggest me where to download one that is suitable for it?
Forgot to say, I have tried out the video card driver(s) from support.dell.com for my Dell Latitude D610 laptop; however, they did not seem to fit.
Also, if "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERSTORE\FILEREPOSITORY\IALMNT5.INF_X86_NEUTRAL_00E3A135D054E3BB\SETB076.TMP" is a false positive, why is it a problem to delete it manually? Is there any way you can show me how to force delete it? Thanks!!
I had actually installed and uninstalled a few different video drivers before hands myself and am not sure if I had done them correctly. Could you also please show me the steps of how to uninstall the old video drivers before installing a new one–hopefully you have one for me. Thanks!
Thanks very much for all of your time. Please do not worry about my video card driver because I am okay with that universal one for now and I might want to reinstall Windows 7 later. So please let's start removing everything or I should say Combofix and other tools from my computer. Thanks again! cheers!
It removes only OTL. I still got shortcuts "GMER," "MBRCheck" on my desktop and ESET Online Scanner v3 in my system. I am not sure if I miss anything else; I just want to remove all the tools you gave me.
Do I just delete them from the desktop and uninstall the ESET?
