You don't need to worry about the Kaspersky scan at the moment. It was simply a double check, as your logs appear to be free of malware at this point.
We only do malware removal in this forum. To get better assistance with how to deal with Windows on multiple partitions and to see if there is a problem with Windows that may be causing your memory issues, I'd like to refer you to our Windows Forum.
Please let them know the problems, and that we have removed the malware that was on your machine. You can feel free to include a link to this thread in case the helper needs to reference it.
