Hello,
I once had requested your help before and you helped me fix my problems in the past. I once had Vundo, and we ridded the problem. Well , I recently updated my Malwarebytes and it found the quarantined items, I should have just left it alone, but I chose to let Malwarebytes remove the virus. However, now I am noticing something pop up on my Peer Guardian list every now and then. That being MediaForce.
I noticed that it does not try to connect all the time, it is very infrequent. Sometimes it may try to connect once every 5 minutes, sometimes it may not connect for hours or days. Sometimes it tries to connect like 20-30 times a minute. It does not matter what website I am viewing. I contacted Malwarebytes to see if MediaForce is a part of their anti-piracy or Digital rights management but they said it was not.
I spoke back and forth with their support, and sent them 2 logs, 1 being a Hijackthis. They did not seem to know what peer Guardian was or what file might be trying to connect, so I thought this would probably be a better place to search.
So I've run up to date versions of Malwarebytes and Spybot Search and Destroy and nothing turns up.
As a side note I noticed that "Reality Check Networks" also tries to connect to my computer but is blocked by Peer Guardian. I have lived with this for some time, so maybe you can find something about this. My main focus is Media Force.
Thanks

As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.
Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.
**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it's malware removal procedures.
