Windows 7 not responding

Started with csc.exe Application Error. Got error message that Windows 7 not responding. Have rebooted multiple times, only can work on computer in safe mode. When I reboot not in safe mode, desktop loads ok, but then when I try to open an application, like Word, the computer just clocks. Have already done the following: Repaired the registry. Ran Malware scan which found no infected areas on the computer. I ran a full scan. Working with Windows 7, 64 bit.

Try a system restore to a point in time before you started having these troubles. Cheers, Lee

Also, Control Panel, Backup and Restore, Recover System Settings of your computer, then click on Open System Restore.
