Hello marcopcnn

Please let me know if you have your Vista installation disk.

Lets try this from Safe Mode with Networking:

  • Open Notepad by clicking on Start > All Programs > Accessories > Notepad.
  • Copy the text provided in the code box below and paste it into Notepad (make sure you include REGEDIT4).

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows]
"AppInit_DLLs"=""

  • Save the text in Notepad as fix.reg, change the "Save as Type" to "All Files" and select your desktop as the save location.
  • An icon will appear on your desktop called "fix.reg".
  • Double click on the "fix.reg" icon.
  • You will be asked if you wish to merge the contents of the file to the registry. Click "Yes" or "OK".
  • You should then receive a message informing you that the merge was successful.
  • Next, please reboot your machine.
  • Once you have rebooted, you may delete the fix.reg file.

Let me know how your machine is behaving now. Are you still getting the blue screen?

Please post a new HJT log in your next reply along with the answers to my questions :)

Done but whnet i double clik on the .reg file an erro message appear.

Hello marcopcnn

Thank you for the log. Please let me know of you have your Vista Installation disk <—– Important

the system crash again with the same blue page and message

Okay. Before we go any further I would like to see if we can find out exactly what this blue screen message says:

  • Please do the following

  • Reboot your machine and as soon as bios is loaded, press the F8 key to list the startup options (exactly as you would if you were trying to enter Safe Mode).
  • Select "Disable Automatic Restart on System Failure" as shown here:

[external image: Posted Image]

  • Now try and restart normally.
  • Write down the error code exactly as it appears on the screen, as well as any written out error message back here. The STOP error will always appear, but the message may not. You are looking for this:

[external image: Posted Image]

Please post the error message(s) in your next reply.
The error code is : 0x0000008E (0xc0000005,0X82832CC7, 0XAC29791C, 0X00000000) If necessary i can record and send the file of the start up.
In addition. Waiting for some instruction I have prformed an on line scan with BitDefender. One infected file was found in the hotKey Local Machine that I have setted to null this morning. Here the result c:\windows\system32\hzofypl.dll –> Gen:Variant.Feedel.2 –> HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\"AppInit_DLLs" Using regedit I have verified and it is real. The content of the register is the same that i have seen this morning before change the value
Hello marcopcnn

Thank you for the information.

Please do not do run any more scans unless requested as it makes interpreting the situation more difficult.

After running BitDefender are you now able to boot into Normal Mode?

If you are still unable to boot into Normal Mode, please do the following from safe Mode with Networking:

  • Combofix

  • Download ComboFix from one of the following locations:

    Link 1
    Link 2

  • VERY IMPORTANT !!! Save ComboFix.exe to your Desktop

  • IMPORTANT - Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools. If you have difficulty properly disabling your protective programs, refer to this link here .
  • Right click on ComboFix.exe and select "Run as Administrator" to run the program. Follow the prompts.

  • As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.
  • Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.
  • Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it's malware removal procedures.

[external image: Posted Image]

  • Once the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed using ComboFix, you should see the following message:

[external image: Posted Image]

  • Click on Yes, to continue scanning for malware.
  • When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.
  • Notes: Do not mouse-click Combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
  • Do not "re-run" Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.

Please post the ComboFix log in your next reply.
Done, but at the end Combofix auto restart the system and the crash appen again. I am non able to find the log file but onli the txt.. Hello marcopcnn

Please let me know if you have your Vista Installation disk. This is very important as we may need to use it.

I do not have the Vista installation disk.
Vista was pre installed on my PC and there is no installation disk.
I was thinking to buy un update to Windows 7. Do you think that could be a solution ?
In have only one concern. My pre installed Vista system can be updated to Windows 7 or the full windows 7 version is needed ?
Let me know your suggestion
Hello marcopcnn

Thank you for letting me know.

I was thinking to buy un update to Windows 7. Do you think that could be a solution ?

I do not advise upgrading your machine until it is cleared of malware. Trying to install a new OS onto an infected one would cause many problems. Reformatting is an option, but I do not think we have come to that point yet (I am trying my best for you). We can talk about upgrading your system in more detail once we have dealt with your present problems.

At the moment, we have an issue with ComboFix. The developer of ComboFix is aware of the problem and is working hard to find a solution.

I would like you to delete the copy of ComboFix on your desktop by dragging it to the Recycle Bin. Once you have done this please empty the bin and download a new copy of ComboFix using the link I provided earlier.

Allow the new copy of ComboFix to run. If a log is created, please post it in your next reply, otherwise come back and let me know exactly what happens :)

Hello marcopcnn

I really appreciate your effort Jon Tom

No problem at all - some problems are easy to solve and other are a little more difficult :)

Unfortunately i am not able to find the combofix log file

Lets try this:

  • Hold down the Windows key (has the Windows symbol on it) and press the "R" key.
  • A Run box will open.
  • Type or copy/paste c:\ComboFix.txt in the run box and click "OK".
  • Does the ComboFix log appear on your desktop? If so, please post it in your next reply.
