Slow pc and unremovable programs

I am running Windows 7 on a Compaq Presario and it has started running really slow. I disabled some start up programs using CCleaner but two of them reinserted themselves, RGSCLauncer.exe and sidebar.exe

Also the program DDS that WTT said to run will not work, says it will not run on this system. Here are the HiJackThis log and the OTL logs
