Hey

Yesterday I've noticed that my internet connection was kinda laggy and transfer severely lowered (not a provider issue) so I've checked my processess and noticed lots of unknown ones for me. Also high amount of svchost processess looks kinda suspicious. I dont have any serious problems with my system, but I prefer to have my machine as clean as possible. Already done a full antivirus scan with comodo and malware scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Antivirus scan showed no infections, malware one about 25 (which is kinda ok I believe given I havent done it in a long while). Yet, I'm not fully comfy with my processess.

Also, I've noticed and read previously that windows 7 have issues with administrator privilages - sometimes it stops working, making doing some changes on disks impossible. I had this problem once and solved it with reinstalling windows, I'm wondering if there's another way to do it.

There's hijackthis log:

Hi again ninoss,

Could you tell if these processes appeared recently or not? Have you recently made any changes (install a new software, downloaded a file, etc.)?
Have you tried using System Restore?
Ok, please follow these steps:

Step 1 | Please open Malwarebyte´s Antimalware and go to the Logs tab.
Have a look through the different dated logs, and double-click the newest one. A .txt file will be opened.
Again, have a look through the different dated logs, and double-click the previous to the newest one. A .txt file will be opened.
Please copy the contents of both text files and paste them in your next reply.

Step 2 | Please download OTL from one of the following mirrors:

This is THE Mirror

——————————————————————–

  • Save it to your desktop
  • Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
  • Click on Minimal Output at the top
  • Download the following file scan.txt to your Desktop. Click here to download it. You may need to right click on it and select "Save"
  • Double click inside the Custom Scan box at the bottom
  • A window will appear saying "Click OK to load a custom scan from a file or Cancel to cancel"
  • Click the OK button and navigate to the file scan.txt which we just saved to your desktop
  • Select scan.txt and click Open. Writing will now appear under the Custom Scan box
  • Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan won't take long.
  • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
  • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files, one at a time and post them in your topic.
  • You may need two posts to fit them both in.

Please post back with:

Malwarebyte's Antimalware logs
OTL.txt
Extras.txt
