Consider walking through your Router Setup again. Unless your ISP requires it, be sure you are not using Proxy. In the Router setup, if you come across "Use Router as DHCP Server" <-- uncheck that item.

Consider physically removing that 2nd Network Adapter. I have no reason to believe there is a conflict.... only considering... "keep things simple" at least until this gets resolved.

Is this your Router? http://www.huawei.co.../view.do?id=121

1. I am not familiar with that Router, and I wonder if there may be additional or specific settings related to Windows 7 machines
Check with the Huawei website to see if they have setup instructions pertaining to Windows 7

2. as to "not using Proxy"... This would be set in IE 9 - Tools - Internet Options - Connections - LAN Settings

Hello,

Please do the following to ensure that you have no Windows updates waiting to be installed.

Go to Start > All Programs > Windows Update

Click on Check for Updates.

If any updates are found please go ahead and install them.

Let us know how that goes.

Okay. Another thought that I have is that you may want to contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to see if they have any ideas. I know that some ISPs are able to run diagnostic tests from their end, and they may be able to see an problem that could be causing you these issues.

I meant like are you subscribed to these feeds using a RSS Feed program? or through your internet browser? There should be a way to remove the subscription for the feed.
