Hello,

I've run into a little bit a problem with my Internet Explorer. IE keeps redirecting itself to a long url which is a blank page (posted below). IE also launches itself and again navigates to the page. I've run McAfee and Norton and they caught a few problems the issue still persists. I've attached my HJT log below, please let me know if there is anything else I can provide. If you know of any way to fix this I would greatly appreciate the help.

Hi,

  • Download OTL to your desktop.
  • Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
  • When the window appears, underneath Output at the top change it to Minimal Output.
  • Copy-paste following contents into custom scan -area:

  • Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
