Hi ,
So far I have not been able to download either Kaspersky or Eset. Will keep trying and let you know when i'm able to complete. Till now, the eset page does not open while in Kaspersky I have downloaded the program and but constantly have to restart while downloading the database, due to interruptions.
Thanks

It sounds like you have a poor connection where you are. Can you do a full scan with your on board AV?
Hi,
Apologies for not replying as I was a bit busy. I shall try to run a full scan with my AV during the weekend and get back to you.
Thanks
That's fine. Thanks for letting me know.

Assuming that you use the software that Kaspersky detected, those detections are not concerning. Since I'm not familiar wtih the Windows Server OS and this is a work PC, I'm going to have you do some cleanup work and recommend that you let your IT folks have a closer look when you get the opportunity. I've removed what I found and your scans are clean:

OTL:
Double-click OTL.exe to start the program. Close all other programs apart from OTL as this step will require a reboot On the OTL main screen, press the CLEANUP button Say Yes to the prompt and then allow the program to reboot your computer. Manually delete any remaining logs or tools.

Restart any anti-malware programs that we disabled while we were cleaning your machine. Please carefully review the information in the Security - Best Practices and Prevention forum located HERE
