Hi guys,
I have just joined today out of frustration at some issues I have been having recently. Everything was running fine until a few days ago, and I am not sure what to do about it. Some antivirus and spyware programs I have tested say everything is clean, and others have reported as many as 708 issues. Of course they all want money before they will do a clean!
I first noticed there was a problem when I changed the look of one of my websites, and when I refreshed my browser, it would still show the old design pages, even though these had been deleted from the server. This went on for 3 days! In the meantime I was looking around for help and people were telling me to flush the dns through start>run>cmd. When I tried this, (as administrator) the "cmd" command was not working. The dos screen would appear only momentarily, and it would not allow me to enter any text into it. Other commands are working okay through the start>run process, but not CMD.
So after 3 days the problem with the browser seemed to disappear, as if there was no problem at all. However I still could not operate the star>run command function.
Now what is happening is when I browse to the same site, I am getting a new error, as follows…
This webpage is not available.
The webpage at http://aceslegacy.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
