final stages of clean up - need OTC

I was working with kevinf80 over at spywarehammer and we were in the cleanup stage; when I went to dl OTC, they are experiencing some difficulties and had a link to here. I did not want to dl OTC from some random site for obvious reasons - is there a way to get it from here?
